- Design and develop job descriptions for those functions to be peformed:

- Descriptive titles
- Identify the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) exempt or nonexempt status
- Include an overall summary of the job, list principal duties, tasks or responsibilities
- Identify essential job functions and physical requirement for ADA purposes
